No sound from one speaker due to incorrect connection between speakers

Cause:

Speaker connection is wrong.

Solution:

Correct connection between the two speakers.

The speakers not only have to be connected to the back of the computer, but also to each other. Usually with two speakers, only one will have jacks that allow you to plug into other devices (the other speaker, a subwoofer, input into the computer, and an jack for the power supply). Make sure that the speaker with only one jack is connected to the speaker with outlets. The speaker should plug into the jack labeled 'Speaker' or 'Left'.
